just got a case of inbound items returned to me. not a customer return, it’s a very recent inbound case.
no return slip, no email nothing. i could pull their label off and send it right back.
any ideas on finding out why???
this is beyond ridiculous

Was there by chance another label on it with your address? This happened to me in the early days of my FBA adventure, one of those small 1.5 x 2.5 labels UPS puts on packages. I used the shipping box I received the goods in, the small label was on a different side of the box than the main label and I missed it before sending the box out.
That caused it to come back to me instead of to Amazon, which was the address on the much bigger label.

i used boxes from an amazon return (to me). i overlooked the old label on one box. i didn’t see the old label till i just dumped the box out.
unbelievable!!
andd i had the lowest per item inbound cost because i started using smaller boxes to break things up.
won’t do that again.
