Is it possible to edit ship windows after they have been entered in SC? We are shipping from Vietnam and have missed a couple of ship windows.

If you mean on the Detail Page - Amazon does the calculating, so no.
If you mean in relation to your own handling time, etc. then edit your Shipping Templates and edit the specific template you are using on the SKU.
Also make sure on the General Shipping Settings tab that you have the correct Default shipping address entered in.
I believe the OP is talking about shipping inventory to FBA.
@andydob - There is a policy write up somewhere on how long you have to get your shipping plan to FBA once it’s finalized. Amazon used to be pretty liberal about this (think it was within 30 days). I believe it has become much more restricted in the last year or so. You may be able to find that somewhere in the policy files.
There is no way to edit a shipping plan once it’s been finalized that I am aware of, including opening a case.
