Aren’t they trying to make AI a singularity? I guess then they would achieve it 
It broke right after the announcement that Amazon was using a new way to determine who would get the “Featured Offer”.
You are 100% correct…the same issues persist, and now more of them.
We sell jewelry and have some custom products and noticed this too.
We think the ‘buy box’ on a customized item is no longer considered a buy box, its considered a customize box. As in, your item doesnt have a buy box at all, even when its the featured offer.
With that difference, it would mean custom items no longer have a buy box to have, so it counts as 0%.

It makes sense and is probably a direct result of the new way Amazon is determining the “Featured Offer”. We did gain a mods attention on NSFE who was working with the team on it. No response as of yet.
