I woke up this morning to a bunch of Helium 10 notifications about lost Buy Boxes. I log into Amazon and sure enough none of my 5k+ listings are not Buy Box eligible.
My account is healthy and no warnings.
I created a case and was as expected spoon fed a bunch of BS.
I created created a thread on NSFE with the case ID and tagged a bunch of mods.
This is coming at the worst possible time between already down sales and manufacturing issues, I really can’t take this hit right now.
Is anyone else experiencing anything similar?

Check the categories of the items, Amazon is known to mass change item categories (and do it incorrectly) and knock the buy box out)

Unfortunately this does not appear to be the case. I downloaded the updated prefilled feed file for one of my listings and the category has not changed. I uploaded the file anyway and still no Buy Box.

Reopen your case and ask to “escalate to a Category Manager to see why it was turned off.”

So I did reach out to the “Specialists” right at 11:00 AM EST (they are available starting at 8:00 AM PDT on weekdays) . “Sueann” did seem much more helpful than the standard CSR. I did get the impression she was actually looking into it and trying to figure out what was going on.
Reaching out did create a new case with a bold blue “Specialist” logo in my case log.
She considered the category aspect as well and also came to the conclusion that that was not the issue.
She then tried a “catalog refresh” which did not fix the issue.
In the end she escalated to the “partner team” .
Guess all I can do is wait.
