Hello Fellow sellers, I have a question about asking Customer Service to remove the seller feedback regarding the product. The auto request under removal request tab got rejected by the bot , mostly because this is FBM. Previously there used to contact a real human being to reconsider in this scenario. Looks like it is gone. Does anyone know if there is one?
Feedback removal is purely handled by the bot now. If the bot decides that it’s staying then it stays. The option to open a case regarding the feedback was taken away a while ago.
@Andrew have you contacted the Buyer to request removal of the feedback?
