[Fortune] Andy Jassy says Amazon has a ‘great relationship’ with sellers. Longtime sellers say it’s ‘the worst it’s ever been’

I am sure that you are a part of a small minority of sellers who have discovered this wisdom and followed through.

It is hard to believe that enough will become as intelligent as you are, and have a product which can yield the results that yours does. But I am glad you are being rewarded for your wisdom.

Agreed, its crazy a company can have one good policy and then have no idea what they are doing the next day.

Thank you for your supportive reply.
Because we hold you in high regard,
it is especially meaningful. :100:

It does seem that online sellers, including us, have been
programmed to believe that if they want to be successful,
they must sell on Amazon.

It was hard for us to break the mold even for a few products,
especially 2 of our best sellers.

Fortunately, we have been rewarded beyond belief.

Many sellers do not develop and have their own products
manufactured for them or have exclusivity agreements.

You should have a product that buyers will search for
if they can not find it on Amazon in order to replicate our success.

As @Dogtamer would say, “therein lies the rub”.

When it is possible however here is what can happen
based upon our own recent experience:

  • Maintain / Increase Sales Volume
  • Lower Fulfillment Fees
  • Higher Net Profit Margin
  • Listing Control
  • Provide Personalized Service
  • Build YOUR Customer Base

We would like to add that the “add on” sales
for our other products have also increased
significantly due to the increased traffic from
those searching for the products we discontinued
on Amazon.

We are currently in process of considering
discontinuing additional products on Amazon
that we feel may meet this criteria due to this
initial success.
