Yeah, I’ve had a couple stalkers.

One was pretty persistent about what I had been posting about the need for an LOA and invoices for a few weeks/months.

I kept hitting back with quotes from MODS. I seldom flag people for attacking me but in his case I did several times. They suddenly disappeared from stalking me.

My best guess is that one or more of the MODS MIGHT have had a discussion with him about the facts of life on the new, improved Amazon and that they were out of touch with reality.

Stalk away folks, I’m still up for a good battle of wits (or half wits, as the case may be).

By the way, if anyone here thinks that I am totally wrong on something, let me know. There ARE areas where I am only flying by the seat of my pants and based on what I have read and surmised from the Forum.

I think I have a pretty good feel for how things have changed but Amazon is not a straight line on anything.

I did respond to one guy earlier today who has been fighting an ‘unjust’ suspension for 7 months. His last argument was " “Something is clearly wrong in the background.” and my response is my opinion on how we must treat Amazon these days –

Yes, failure to recognize a shifting landscape and adjust to the changes happening.

Selling on Amazon in many ways resembles a battlefield, and too many sellers have not been paying attention to the tactics of the common enemy – AMAZON.

Amazon did a flanking maneuver while many sellers acted like the British in the Revolutionary War and continued marching in formation into the battle.

That no longer worked and many sellers have paid the price.

But they can’t anymore, unless the mods created a case, but I was under the impression mods could only respond to cases, not create

There’s been a good deal of evidence (citational references available upon request) over the last year or more confirming that the FMT-CMT members can indeed create a case in order to circumvent the deprecation of PM/DM functionality.

The NSFE mods may be hamstrung, but they ain’t hopeless…yet.

I have actually asked them to create a case for me and it was done.

Granted, that was done by @seamod and we all know she had extra powers that others don’t, but maybe there is a way.

I asked another one to do one the other day – on the @michelle post mentioned by @Dogtamer earlier if she needed more info on what I had shared there.

I did ‘copy and paste’ the stuff that I couldn’t ■■■ images for so it wasn’t 100% needed.

Exactly what we thought …

We can confirm that they can when they want to.

KJ_Amazon did one for us.

I just saw that Michelle responded with a Case ID she created in your Case Log Lobby less than an hour ago:

Thanks for the heads up. We went out to eat (again) and I was tied up with stuff almost all day.

I’ll have to send here the attachments (basically what I copied and posted) but I will also hit her up with WHY they don’t specifically say that dropshippers don’t need an LOA and invoices from an authorized supplier. All they do is say they need to meet the terms for Amazon.

“Remain responsible for accepting and processing customer returns, and always comply to the: Business Solutions Agreement (BSA) and applicable Amazon policies.”

I put this in a response to @Brigitte (not 100% certain the SAS one is the same as on the NSFE!!) about dropshippers –

" Message to AMAZON –

QUIT HIDING behind the reference to “Business Solutions Agreement (BSA) and applicable Amazon policies” in your policy statement.

SPELL IT OUT FOR THEM!

Either they need to meet the LOA and AUTHORIZED distributors requirements that the rest of us do or they don’t.

WHICH IS IT AMAZON?"

I may irritate @michelle_amazon!!

Our multi-lingual friend @Brigitte does indeed use the same moniker here in the SAS AND in the NSFE, as was also true over her Forum Handle/moniker back in the last iteration of the OSFE (the “Age of Discourse”).
