Getting attacked and Amazon does nothing

They did work with us in a couple of things but it doesn’t seem they want to provide records of his vendor central account sales. I am guessing it is because it shows that they allowed it and sold under their name, might have to get a judge to compel them to.

my lawyer is speaking to Amazon counsel on these improper fda reports, lets see what they say but i will keep everyone updated, seems to me that with dealing with amazon you wnat to avoid arbitration, i was thinking about small claims as well as a form to compel them to comply since that is allowed and attorneys fees are outside of the dollar amount limit of the claim.

If you have an active court case the judge can compel them. If it’s pre-filing the case and it’s just lawyer to lawyer, then yeah they won’t do/provide a lot of info.

I was trying to see how likely the judge would accept, since they are a third party, but I will keep you guys posted. Amazon counsel takes 15 days just to respond to emails, it’s ridiculous.

It also helps to remember that it is an outside firm responding to you most likely, then they have to talk to Amazon internal legal, who has to talk to someone in an amazon silo, who says wrong silo, then have to track down someone who knows someone who knows who is the right person to ask the question to, and then get a response to internal legal, who then passes it along to external legal
