I’m very sorry @booknut7 but you should probably spend today collecting and saving all the Amazon Seller info that you can, both accounts, just in case this actually happens–which it should NOT–including how to access Seller Support if your account is deactivated.
I hate this for you and the other Sellers, too. Maybe blasting the NSFE with tagged mod posts everywhere would help?
The mod on my case, when I asked why the change from 100% compliant to the count down to deactivation, he replied with “Well, shoot.” He did “look into it” and come back with “the team tells me they have sent you an email with information.” Good lord, I have gotten that email so many times it’s burned into my brain.
There are so many threads in the Canada NSFE tagging every mod known. There have been two that seemed to want to help, but we see the results of those good intentions.
The US one is getting dodgy as well, the bots tell me my driver’s license is expired. I did not realize 2029 had arrived already. Maybe I’m just not paying attention.

Well Amazon is playing around again. It’s Thursday 11/06/2025 7:30PM Central Time and Seller Central isn’t loading about 50% of the widgets and the previously saved links in the menu banner. Tells you to refresh and try again later. Every time we refresh, different widgets load while other widgets fail to load.
