Today, to add to my Amazon woes, all of the links normally on the lower half of my seller central page have disappeard. I’m a dinosaur who doesn’t know how to do screen shots, so I’ll try to describe it. This is on both the US and Canada page. At the top I still have (thankfully) the Manage Orders and Manage Inventory buttons. I also have the boxes trying to get me to use Autopilot and Seller Experience Lab. On the left I now have a box with links to the Forum, Seller News and Upcoming Live Events, which used to be elsewhere on the page.
Below that used to be lists of links to everything else. So now I have no links to Payments, Feedback, etc. The only way to Account Health is through the At Risk banner that tells me I’m going to be deactivated in six days anyways, so it may all be moot soon.
Since I send a UIEE file, I need the Upload Products link rather than Manage Inventory button. I’m hoping the clever folks here will know how to find these links some other way? I tried logging out and back in, but no difference. Coincidentally (?) I got the USA Inform Act notice today as well.
Did I miss a notice of change? Something I need to do different? Just need to look in a different spot? Thanks for any suggestions. Willing to try any of them.
Do you have the “hamburger” menu at top left? That opens up to Orders, Inventory, Reports, Performance, and other
Still at very top, at the right hand edge there’s the little gear looking icon that leads to various account pages
Thanks April! That stuff used to be all listed out on my Seller Central page. Now it’s all under the hamburger. You rock!
Now if you can just get my Canada verification sorted out, I will be your long distance minion. ![]()
(knock wood) I only have Brazil stuffed down my throat (old account before the NA Unified thing) – that’s bad enough. I am stuck there partway, but so far not fatal. I don’t remember which part I cannot complete – it was affecting total account health but I seem to have completed enough to satisfy.
Good luck.
Something odd is going on. I’ve not had problems with my menus, etc., but the add for whatever Amazon was pushing on that page (probably Veeqo; I just ignore the ads) showed only the left half of the ad. Very odd.
Sadly, I’ve not had enough sales that a disruption of the page causes me any problems. ![]()
Try this (and if I haven’t done it for a couple days I have to think about it) –
Hold down the ‘windows’ key, shift key, and, ‘s’ key.
Then you can use the mouse to copy whatever you want to copy. It can then be pasted wherever you want! Like this –
Or …
[FN] [Print Scr] … this one goes to your Pictures > Screenshot folder … when we want to edit to mark out or highlighting info, we use this one.
or …
[mouse right click] [Take Screenshot] … this one can be saved as image to Downloads (or anywhere you want) … we use this one when we will not be marking out or highlighting.
Okay, Dinosaur me tried this. Where the heck did it put it?? How do I save it where I want? Just says saved to Clipboard. How do I access this?
One thing you can do with an image in the clipboard is to open Paint (or better yet, PhotoShop) and paste in there. With Photoshop you would create a new file, which would automatically be sized to match the screenshot.
With Paint, I think you just Paste
Which is why I use the method I suggested. Mine just saves it and I can paste it into any document without having to hunt for the cliping.
If you clicked copy, then you would paste in the post or into a folder of your choice.
If you clicked download, then it downloaded the image to the folder that is designated for your downloads (which most of the time is called “Downloads”). You have the control as to where your downloads go in your browser settings (and yes … you could set different browsers to have downloads go to different folders (like one folder for FireFox and one folder for Chrome).
or
Even easier:
- Hit the PRTSC key (takes a screenshot in Windows).
- Windows button + R (opens Run dialog) and type “mspaint” to open Paint (alternatively, click the Windows button, type “Paint” and click on the Paint program).
- Ctrl* + V to paste the screnshot, or Edit > Paste.
- File > Save as, and you can manually select where you want to save the screenshot.
*mod edit at user request
On my Windows 10 (which I’m not on right now), there’s also a “V” trick to pull up the clipboard, with 10ish recent screenshots…
AHA! “Windows key + V” for Clipboard History.

Whoops - meant to write “Ctrl + V”. Didn’t let me edit the post.
I appreciate all the attempts to educate me, thank you all. It’s an uphill battle ![]()
I fixed it for you ![]()
Hey, I still don’t know where screenshots go when I use the printscreen feature. If I didn’t find that clipboard history trick, I would have given up! Or taken pictures of my screen with my phone, which I’m told is “cringe”.
Hey, that’s what we’re here for! We all need help with something ![]()
Where it goes depends on which keys you use to capture the image …
Method 1: Use
Windows + Print Screenfor automatic saving
Press the Windows key + Print Screen at the same time. The screen will dim briefly to indicate a screenshot was taken.
Your screenshot is now automatically saved as a file.
Open File Explorer, navigate to Pictures, and then open the Screenshots folder to find it.
If you use OneDrive, this folder may be located inside your OneDrive folder:
OneDrive\Pictures\Screenshots.Method 2: Use
Print Screenand paste manually
Press the
Print Screenkey on its own.The screenshot is copied to your clipboard, not saved as a file.
Open an image editing program like Paint or Microsoft Word.
Paste the image into the program by pressing
Ctrl + V.From there, you can save the image as a file in your desired location.
Method 3: Use
Windows + Shift + Sfor the Snipping Tool
Press Windows key + Shift + S.
Your screen will dim and a small toolbar will appear at the top, allowing you to select a rectangular, freeform, or window-based screenshot.
After you make your selection, the image is copied to your clipboard, and a notification will appear.
Click the notification to open the Snipping Tool, where you can edit and save the image to a file of your choice.
Thanks @Lost_My_Marbles! I was able to use Method 2 to send Amazon “support” a screenshot saying my Canadian platform was good to go, after 8 weeks of hair pulling attempts to verify. Two days after that email, a mod posted I was good to go, 100% compliant. Next day the bot letter “We need more info.” My account health is now Zero and I will be booted off on Sunday. Not that sending them anything and asking WTH?? will do any good. Nov. 2 is D-Day for over a dozen sellers who have posted in the forums with no help or clarification received. I guess I’ll just have to accept it was a good 27 year run.
