Realize that, when things are going well, that can easily be another 300-500 per week. Even when it’s slow (which is the norm since 2020), 100+ per week is not at all unusual.
So updating a spreadsheet like that is work that I’d rather not do.
But it appears that I may not have a choice; just like the “improved” Send to Amazon takes me 200+ keystrokes for a shipment that on the old system took 8.
But @doilyboutique444 pointed out that this could actually be useful, even if Amazon wasn’t mucking around; I’ll be away for a very long weekend for the eclipse, and if I set my handling time longer than 2 days (I think 3, but I’ll have to double check my math), then I don’t have to go on vacation mode, and can still ship everything one Wednesday. Worth going to the trouble to avoid having to totally shut down for several days, which I would need even with the 2 day handling time.
Just old and set in my ways; and a big believer in “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” (which works very well with the aforementioned “lazy”)
So we were switched over on Wednesday, too, and I turned it right off.
If I remember correctly, it only showed 0 and 1 day options after that (even though our items all are set at 2 days). However, when I went back later that night, there actually was a 2 day option automatically checked off that definitely hadn’t been there earlier in the day. Some of you might want to go back and check as we didn’t have to do anything at an individual ASIN level for it to revert to 2 days.
