DAD * UNCLE * MENTOR * STEPDAD * GRANDDAD
We at SellersAskSellers hope that all who are a father, have a father, and/or know and respect at least one father/father-figure/uncle/grandpa have a festive day celebrating the dads and dudes who get it right and honoring those who are no longer with us
Today I’m honoring my deceased dad and grandads (who all did the best they could), my brother who is THE fun uncle and trusted non-parent to my kids, my stepdad and father-in-law who are amazing grandparents, and Mr Papy, who has fulfilled prophecy to be exactly the best father to our children.
None of these fellows are/were perfect, but nobody is, and it’s the trying to let a kid know that they are seen and that they matter that’s important.
Hats off to the gentlemen who try to get it right, EVERY day
