Has anyone tried this "Manage Refund Service" of Helium10?

Hi,
I just received an advertising email from H10. See below:

First I thought it was their old Refund Genie with automation but I wasn’t quite sure. I wonder if anyone has tried it and would you recommend it? Thanks.

 Didn’t Amazon just announce something new and a little sketchy with FBA refunds? Or maybe it was FBA reimbursements???

I’m not surprised that FBA’s maze of fees and timelines and firewall between Sellers and Buyers could require some outside automated help to navigate.

Yepper. I suspect you’re thinking of the 072424 News Headline “Update on Reimbursement Automation and Eligibility Window to file reimbursement claims” which can currently be found at the ‘id’-version URL here:

https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/headlines.html?id=GELQJH885BYU8PGC

At the time the headline was first released, it was available from the ‘ref’-version URL https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/headlines.html?ref=GELQJH885BYU8PGC - but that link appears to have been re-purposed to one of today’s (080924) News Headlines.

As far as I know, Amazon has always tried to reimburse for any lost/damaged items in their warehouse. However they always miscount (lower numbers than actual), that’s why tools like Helium10 Refund Genie showing up to get the remaining of the reimbursement.

Now Amazon wants to improve this process. I wonder why don’t they just do it internally. Why asking sellers to enroll in the feature that they already have (but not functioning well).
