Slightly different scenario, but returns are becoming a big issue that, hopefully, Amazon can get a handle on.
âHi, a customer as usual return a producto in a biggest box, now amazon is charging me and in this case is what we are going to do? if the costumers use a different box and bigger than the we sent with the product.â
The Mods have no idea; their advice is to open a support case, and we all know how well thatâs going to go.

Itâs my understanding that Amazon has been taking the hit on all these return adjustments for years.
Why do we not see these adjustments and return issues happening on other Marketplaces?
