Health and Beauty...for Sellers

Yikes that hardware must be pretty big! Hope it works for you.

Body maintenance and repair.

Nope … old fashion hand held remote.

@HobbesIsMyTiger … to read or not to read. That is the question.

Soooooooooooo … I couldn’t sleep last night at all. Everything seemed fine though until about 4 AM. I thought I felt some goo on the pillow but thought it was a gel for the incision.
5:30 AM wife is awake and gets up, as do I. When I turn on the light and look back at the bed it is not a big puddle on coagulated blood dripping from the pillow to the bed. I did NOT take a pic to post.

(Spoiler doesn’t work well with paragraphs, but does with new lines)

Um, gross. But also…is that normal?? Hopefully you have called your doctor! The stitches aren’t stitching.

I’ll read your words, I don’t want to see your sights during dinner…

Not normal at all.

Sorry I left it out, but I was at the ER by 6 AM. 5 more sutures to close it up good.

Take care and have a speedy recovery.

For those of us that are not fans of going to the Doctor (and have spent too many days in the hospital over the past 70+ years) stock up on some super Glue.

It stings like hell but it works. I really miss stitches though – I had a running count of mine from over the years and all the butterfly bandages and super glue stuff ruins the number keeping!

They did glue my chest … but stitched the neck. No idea why …

Most likely they didn’t have or didn’t want to use the flexible super glue. A chest area would be less likely to bending and flexing while on the neck it is going to move more. Every time you turn your head it will put stress and strain on the incision.

This one is actually ā€˜rubber toughened’ so you could have become a Borg.

:smiling_face_with_sunglasses::smiling_face_with_sunglasses::smiling_face_with_sunglasses:…

Well given that Halloween is next week … they probably decided to help you out with your costume and started you on your way to being Frankenstien …

's monster…

How are you sleeping these days? Noticed any improvement? I know it’s soon, and your wounds are still healing.

So …

First you have to wait until everything heals up before a visit ti turn it on and get things up. That should be around a month I think.

EDIT: Reason is it’s wired into the tongue … Thus the neck incision.

Next, sadly for me my Pulmonologist decide to close his office here and I’m having to get a new one. HOPEFULLY they’ll get me in sooner than later … but you know how that usually goes.

We never would have thought that you would be the one that we knew who was actually tongue tied …

...

… well someone was bound to make that connection

I want to get a t-shirt for tomorrow saying something to the effect of ā€œBe careful what you say to your wife at bedtimeā€ with an arrow pointing to my neck …

Heads up folks – and shockingly they found a drug that I am NOT on —

If I actually panicked every time one of my meds was under recall for N-nitrosamine contaminants above the interim levels, I’d probably need to be on MORE meds.

'sides, the cancer from the aspertame in my Diet Dr Pepper is gonna get me first.

Hopefully you don’t live in California where everything is known to cause cancer.
