UPDATE:
Just got back from the second eye surgery; all went well. Will probably just spend the rest of the day doing nothing while the drugs wear off (which makes a great excuse even if they clear up in an hour!).
Had today set as a Holiday, so nothing too much to worry about, although I did just sell a book that has to go out for tomorrow. But at $118, I can deal with it.
My biggest issue for the day is figuring what to watch. Nothing with subttiles, but past that, not sure. (and I see a red line telling me I misspelled something, but canāt see it well enough to correct. That will be tomorrow).

My advanced reading skills /S indicate you need to watch some foreign language movies/shows to figure it outā¦
Glad to hear it went well. Itās a major change to be able to see without glasses while driving.

Oh, subtitles will be an option in a day or two. Not only foreign films, but Iām a big fan of the silent era (I lost count how many silent films I have; pretty sure itās well over 1000, but since many are fairly short, not as impressive as it sounds).
And I was still driving without glasses, although getting borderline. But not at night. Really looking forward to having new eyes fully functional! Iām hoping that when things settle down, I wonāt even need readers, but I probably will need at least weak ones for really close stuff.
