I’m getting started with Helium 10 and going through their training videos. Are there any other good tips / tricks publications or videos that you would recommend?

Great questions! I don’t use H10 but I think @I_Need_A_Beer @HumbleWarrior @VTR and @ASV_Vites do, among others.

It really depends on how far you want to take it with H10.
We use it strictly for competitive research and never connected it directly to our Amazon account. The OSFE scared us away from connected Apps to our account. Haha
I’m sure there are others here that have connected it and use it to run various processes for them.
Perhaps they will weigh in.

Same here, I use it look at my listing quality, keywording. Never would I allow it or any other 3rd party software to actually change anything. Look at the havoc Amazons own bots do to us, you really want to allow a 3rd party bot to run wild on your account?
