Sometime prior to 11:00 AM EST today (030226), a News Headline titled “Enhance your product detail page quality using AI” appeared in the Seller Central Dashboard’s News Widget; the original URL was to be found @ https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-news/articles/QVRWUERLSUtYMERFUiNHMkxHVUtGWjVaMjdQVjlW (dead link).
The original text of the announcement was recorded by some, to wit:
The original URL was deplenished entirely of content - to the point of throwing a 404/Page Not Found error - approximately 6 hours after my bots recorded it.
At the time of this writing (2026-03-02T05:00:00Z), it remains to be seen whether or not the Headline will reappear in a revised fashion, and whether or not one or another of the replies made by the two seasoned & savvy forum vets who’ve thus far posted to the Headline-accompanying NSFE discussion @ https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/45e72aa3-1052-4528-a2e9-5dcb3c3c907f might’ve influenced a voluntary decision to retract the original News Headline (an all-too-frequent occurrence, that, over the last several years, even if it cannot be demonstrated that the Seller Community had much of a hand in producing such an outcome), but since I’ve got archived records of the current ‘Full Text’ of that discussion, I’d like to reproduce it - as it exists @ the time of this post - so that our Seller Community can be equipped with the facts that WERE on the ground, even should Amazon later decide to restrict access to that ‘thread’ as it did with the Headline itself:

The legitimate Brand Protection agencies are salivating, chomping @ the bit over possibly-lucrative judgments drawing on deep pockets - and the OGC (“Office of the General Counsel”) increasingly appears to be struggling to keep this or that well-siloed/globally-far-flung ‘concerned team’ from stirring poison into the pot…

To be fair, it’s actually been evident for some time that Offer-Listings in certain Categories in the Amazon Global Catalog - and/or Offer-Listings put forth by certain 1P or 3P sellers - have afforded an opportunity to place more than 5 Bullet Points on a PDP; that paradigm is a not-so-Ancient Amazon Secret.
