Phishing messages are getting so bad on MP, the senders are supposed from Michaels, threatening deactivation/removing listing/payment stop, etc. Those messages then shows up as an email notification too.
I’m wondering how do we tell the difference between those scam messages and the legit notice from Michaels.
On Amazon, we can check SC to see if there is a notice in our Account health about any problem, so we can tell pretty easily whether any email about Amazon issues was phishing/scam or not. Is there a place on MP dashboard (besides the Message) for official notice of account problem/issues?
Has anybody received any legit official notice from Michaels about something that was done wrong, etc? How was it sent?
