I’ve been selling on Walmart through WFS for about 3-4 years. They have always assigned closer inbound warehouses to me. Just recently (started around November 2025), they have assigned every shipment to be shipped to Arizona. That’s super far from my warehouse in Pennsylvania and Illinois. The shipping cost went up 50%. I thought it was temporary and Christmas rush. Later I learned from other sellers that they still got assigned to the closer warehouses. Hmm… so, I opened a case asking seller support to look into this. They simply told me that WFS inbound warehouse assignment is automatic and they can’t do anything. Hmm… is it just my bad luck? How to fix this issue? Please advise. Thanks.

Are you sure that was Walmart you were talking to? Sounds just like Amazon .
