I am not getting any notification of new order ls either by email or text when something sells on Walmart marketplace. Just this morning I get an email that with title that says “Action required: Please review your flagged orders” and it goes on to say “This is our regular reminder to you about some orders that are lacking shipping information.” and attached is a excel sheet with one order that came in yesterday apparently since it mebtions it needs to be shipped today.
How can we get notification at the time the order actually came in and not after the fact of when it is suppose to be shipped out? Any settings I need to check off for it to happen?
Also check your spam box to make sure they are not landing in there. If they are, create a filter to send them to your inbox and/or add the email address to your contacts.
I have the Notification settings checked under New Orders for Seller Center as “Instant”, however right next to it for Email it is set for daily and does not have an option for “Instant” like it does for Seller Central option. With the Seller Center option set to Instant that means I need to be on my computer to see the new order, but there is no instant notification for Email option. How can I get the email at the same time the order comes in and shows in Seller Central?

It doesn’t have “instant” but it should have more frequent options than “daily.” On mine the most frequent option is “every 5 minutes.” I have it set to “daily” because I want the emails for my records, but I don’t depend on them to notify me about orders.
