How to request Amazon-only barcoded ASINs to change to manufacturer barcode?

Comingled inventory means they’ll use any seller’s inventory to fulfill any seller’s order. I don’t know what you mean by keeping stock separate, but this is basically treating all sellers’ stock as 1 massive pool of inventory.

Amazon doesn’t do simple logic.

Amazon does send comingled inventory to buyers.

Amazon knows which sellers’ product was shipped to which buyer. This helps when a buyer files a claim for product issues.

2 good points I noticed:

  1. I have not needed to defend a comingled inventory Counterfeit claim or Used as New claim.
  2. I have not received another seller’s inventory when creating a removal order for comingled products.

Ah, gotcha, yes, in that aspect they are, supposedly, keeping “separate” track of units in case a problem arises.

Before you added the new SKUs on the ASIN, did you go into your fulfillment settings and change your barcode preference to manufacturer’s barcode?

I did, but those ASINs are Amazon-barcode only at the moment. For most of them, I’ve found that the reason is they mistakenly have an expiration date, when it doesn’t apply to them. Just created a few cases to try and have this rectified.
