I really wish there was some consistency with how amazon handles issues.

I keep getting the same violation for different ASINs
“you need to prove you have permission to modify the item for sale on amazon”
No idea WTF that means.

The only appeal is to submit invoices or LOA

First 2 submit LOA get answer in Japanese that Ok you are good to go
3rd one
Reject same LOA = resubmit
Reject same LOA = resubmit
Reject same LOA = resubmit
LOA accepted

Normally insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Does this mean Amazon is the definition of insanity?

Definition, no. Cause? Oh, yeah!

its a ■■■■ show
they are only worried about their bottom line thats it, they dont care at all

How is MANUFACTURER DIRECT invoices NOT GOOD ENOUGH??? All items come directly from Proctor & Gamble, one of the worlds LARGEST manufacturers with a net worth of 340 BILLION. This is outrageous, please escalate.

Thank you for your application to sell Gillette products. We have reviewed the documentation you provided and have approved your application. You are now approved to list under this Gillette.

I guess these applications eventually expire.

As we were granted permission 10 years ago after going thru the process. So it definitely pays not to give up based on the first response.
