Identity Verification for Canada Nightmare

I submitted business license but it was rejected hours later stating information does not match submitted document.

They have the same license # shown as submitted but problem is the county replaced the . with a - e.g. license number originally was 2005000.000-101 (as they show) is now 2005000-000-101

If I am unable to get Canada verfied will US be deactivated? I sold a few items through FBA in Canada but do not need it. Every country except US is now set on vacation.

What would you suggest I do? I did not need this stress.

I just got off the phone with support. I explained what I thought was causing the issue, she understood. She said my US account would not be affected should I be unable to verify for Canada. I asked if she could email me something indicating this, said she would. Have not received yet.

Now there is a green box that states:

Verification Completed Successfully

I hope that information is true, and I hope that successful verification sticks.

That said, any information from Amazon Support is suspect until confirmed by an outside source.
