If we want to offer the same product with and without free shipping, can we just list them as 2 different ASINs?

I can’t have two FNSKUs on the same listing (Handmade, I don’t think that’s an option).

In Handmade category we were told we can have duplicate listings one FBA and one FBM, (with different ASIN and SKU#s) of course the FBA listing could have no customizations.

Don’t know if this is an option for your situation. Of course, the FBA listing would be the free shipping one only if it was ordered by a Prime customer.

Thank you. Yes, I was aware that we could have two ASINs: one FBA and one FBM. I was hoping for two ASINs: both FBM.
