Like I need another headache…
I was uploading a new video for one of the patterns and I noticed that my main images on some of the items are wrong. AND one of them is a close up of a computer and USB cord. What the heck?
Sales have been super duper slow this week – so is Amazon doing something again? (I know, when are they not doing something)

At the first blush, I would suspect that the Amazon Global Catalog ASIN upon which you’re making your own Offer-Listing has been either hijacked, or co-opted (those are two separate but related paradigms), and/or is in process of doing so at the hands of a Bad (and/or merely Ignorant) Actor attempting to manipulate BSR (‘Amazonese’/‘Amazonish’ for “Best Seller Rank[ing]”); for quite some time, the Bad Actors have leveraged incremental changes beginning with a PDP’s image carousel.
That’s a movie that all-too many of us in the Amazon 3P Seller Community have seen before, dadgummit.

Could I have done this to myself when I was asking that the product feed ID’s be corrected to what they were supposed to be?
The amount of wrong pictures – reverting to primary images that do not meet Amazon’s requirements is really high.
Like there are 13 different sizes in the blue roses, 8 of the primary images are not what Amazon requires. When I click to edit, they are all there, but not as the primary images they are pulling from which are shown above that.

Do I open a case for each wrong primary image?

Well – this falls into the I did it to myself category.
I submitted about 10 individual cases and each one got answered with basically “primary image not zoomable, one side must be 1000 pixels”
NOT All of my pictures were changed – but plenty got flagged.
I think this set the ASIN back to 2018 because now I can see something that says “ony 2 purchased since 2018” when I look at it from the customer’s point of view.
So maybe I triggered this by asking to have the product feed ID corrected – maybe not. Maybe the bots caught up with me…or whatever.
Got my work cut out for me again. Hoping I can take the picture I have and fix it somehow.
