I’m so tired of this BS and I’m glad I ignored it because it’s gone on my accounts.
There’s no real process and all sellers need to click each thing to see if it is or needs to be verified? What is this amateur hour?
Why can’t Amazon put a few sentences together with screen shots and send an appropriate email out to their “partners” = LOL so people know what they need to do?
It would take all of an hour tops to do this. How are 97% of sellers who don’t look at that POS NSFE supposed to know what to do?

I’ve given Amazon millions in fees and advertising and this is the crap we need to put up with? Don’t get me wrong, we’ve gotten something for our money but this is straight up and down unacceptable moronic behavior by one of the biggest companies in the world.
There is no process. If we could get it to clear, we would be posting how to do it. But they have this process so locked up with competing code it will take them a week or better to straighten out the mess.
Amazon can’t get anything right. It’s unbelievable. I show my wife this stuff just so she doesn’t think I’m insane. None of it makes sense. It’s like we are selling on a marketplace that just opened last month.
This is not acceptable. You do not threaten people with account deactivation and call it a whoops. You do not have useless links to resolve the issue and call it a whoops that might be resolved in 24 hours. You do not pull this before a holiday weekend when most people will be gone or trying to enjoy themselves.
Like everything else Amazon applies a Nuke to the town when a scalpel to one persons wound would fix the problem.
We just verified all the information. As others have pointed out The link to Account information is useless. All Amazon seems to know how to do is throw form letters as a one size fits all when it fits none.
The absolute level of incompetence in Amazon is rising to untenable levels. Every time one issue of bots gone wild is fixed another worse one turns up. The solution is to get lazy support staff that sends the same form letter over and over again.

Honestly if we could I think it would be time for a class action lawsuit against Amazon by the sellers.
Both of my accounts got cleared and one of them I haven’t had to do anything. We already prepared all the documents because I know we are going to get brought back into this eventually…
