Instant appeal rejection

When I submit an appeal I receive this email response instantly:

Does this mean I’ve appealed the maximum number of times and that they won’t review any more appeals?

To be clear here, I did NOT remove the offer for the ASIN. It’s still in my inventory page, just blocked by Amazon.

No, at least for me. We had 2 that I appealed many times and they just wouldn’t remove it. It doesn’t hurt your account health, so one just fell off and we are waiting for the other one to be gone in another month. Just like everything else, they don’t tell you what the appeal is lacking.

I/we don’t submit appeals for ASINs we did not create or modify or that are not our brand. We simply let them time out. No admission of guilt or communication regarding our use of any ASIN not in our brand.

The problem here is they no longer review the appeals. I submitted several before which were rejected after a day or so, I think I found the issue and had it corrected, but now they’re no longer reviewing the appeal. This message comes IMMEDIATELY after I submit the appeal so it means they’re no longer reviewing it.
