Hello @me34 and welcome to SellersAskSellers! I’m sorry that you found us in these circumstances.
By any chance, have you seen an option like this, to address your violations?
Upload at least one of the following documents to demonstrate the authenticity of the products you have listed.
Note: Generic explanations or any documents other than those requested do not meet the requirements for reinstatement.
1. A Letter of Authorisation (LOA/Licensing Agreement (LA) from the Rights Owner authorising you to sell the product.
2. Invoice for the products sold under this ASIN
3. Order ID from Amazon
4. Your registered Trademark number
If you have seen this in Seller Central, then you can see that Amazon did not ask for and will not accept your POA/Plan of Appeal because they state:
Note: Generic explanations or any documents other than those requested do not meet the requirements for reinstatement.
Therefore, you must provide “at least one of the following documents”. As far as I understand:
1. A Letter of Authorisation (LOA/Licensing Agreement (LA) from the Rights Owner authorising you to sell the product. - You can not provide this because you were sourcing your product from Amazon.
2. Invoice for the products sold under this ASIN - You can not provide this because (1) you did not pre-purchase your product inventory and (2) you did not sell any of the items you listed for sale.
3. Order ID from Amazon - You can not provide this because you neither bought from nor sold on Amazon, given that you listed an offer for a product you did not have and did not make a sale before Amazon flagged a violation.
4. Your registered Trademark number - You can not provide this because you do have this.
Unfortunately, I’m not certain that you have a clear path to reinstatement in these circumstances.
