I had an FNSKU that was out of stock. I sent in 25 units. Now, there are 10 units inbound, 10 units reserved, and 5 units available. That means nothing was found and put back into circulation. All units were the units they recently received.
However, inventory age is showing 5 units are 0-60 days, 3 units are 61 to 90 days, and 2 units are 181-330 days. This is not possible. They were just received at the FC!
I had another one that had low inventory. I check the inventory age for all products every 5 days and I adjust my sales accordingly. So, This other FNSKU was at the 0-60 range as of 2 days ago. Now that the inventory was checked in, I have one unit sitting at 365+ days. That is also not possible, because there were none sitting at 331-365 days just 2 days ago. In fact, everything was at 0-60 days.
Y’all might want to check your inventory ages for errors.
I hope that it is a temporary glitch. I see it, too. On the FBA dashboard, it looks like I have 2 products over 365+ days, which is incorrect.
When I check and sort the FBA Inventory page’s relevant column, I see I don’t have anything in the 365+ or 331-365 range (which is correct).
By the way, I wouldn’t say I like how Amazon shows those ranges differently on the FBA dashboard and FBA inventory pages:
Me too, I have something showing 365+ which was out of stock and just restocked a month ago. Gotta be a glitch. Probably some posts on the NSFE but I won’t go there.
Yeah, my dashboard says I have 38 units at 365+ days and my FBA inventory page says 0 at 365+ days. Which is more accurate? I am assuming the FBA inventory page is?
LOL. They were soooo good last night. They fixed just about every problem. One of the above problems was fixed within minutes. The other problem and a third one I sent in yesterday were fixed by this morning. They are on the ball. Take advantage while they still have the staff.
@Amazon_Seller The numbers under Estimated Aged Inventory Surcharge on the FBA Dashboard seem to have been fixed, at least for us - you might wanna check yours.
