My items have been showing as 0 quantity in Manage Inventory on and off for about a week now. I have to refresh the page 3-4 times to get inventory quantity to show up.
However, even when Manage Inventory says 0 quantity, the customer-facing page shows the item in stock.
Another example of bored Amazon employees screwing up code that worked perfectly fine before.
