Inventory not showing on Amazon

My inventory is not showing up on Amazon. A quick check of the Amazon forums shows that others are having the same problem.

Same. Manage inventory page is blank.

I’m shocked, honestly. It’s not 4Q.

Same here!! My inventory suddenly went to ZERO! I can still see it in the seller app on my phone, but I cannot access it in the inventory manager in Seller Central. Could this have something to do with the fact that I have not switched over the the new Seller Central??

Ours has disappeared as well but is visible on the seller app on phone. Strange.

We just tried to access Manage Inventory from the new Seller Central and can’t see it there either.

My daughter, who works for us, has the APP ( we don’t) and hers is only giving the ERROR message. So glitching!!

At first, when I read this thread, our inventory was differentiating into # of ACTIVES/INACTIVES. Now, though shows individual INACTIVES, just shows ACTIVES as an lump, not broken into # of titles.

:face_without_mouth:

So it only took 3 extra days for the July 27, 2026 Title update to partially mess up Amazon.
Tomorrow is Friday July 31, 2026 … so why not start the month of August off with a belly flop?

Need to save the good stuff for Sept/Oct.

My listings seems to be back on Manage All Inventory page now. I did refresh that page a few times just to be sure they are sticking and not disappearing again

I’m back up.

We are too …

Mine is back up… for now.

Mine are back up too.

A lot of reports about this on NSFE.

Mine now seems to have come back. Sadly, what I thought was a related issue of Pending orders not showing up (a sales spike of well over $100) now seems to be a canceled order, as now there is no sign of that order.

:frowning:

Edit Inventory is AFU right now

I shut everything down for the night while I went through a couple hundred emails that accumulated while we took a day off.

Everything seems to be working currently but I’m not going to hold my breath.

Ours came back up and is accepting listings. But now, the listing has added an additional page, “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION”.Title of book, ISBN, publisher, key-word, etc..

I recently mentioned this in the booksellers area. A pop-up appears after one had added CONDITION NOTES/clicked the complete button, stating “EDIT INFORMATION” but it’s the same page/ same info. .

2/3"s of the time, get around it by inputting the ISBN again. System often takes one to the regular listing page. Mind, these are lstings w/ 10-35 offers already. though mostly MEGAS, who probably bulk-input listings.

We don’t; all our listings are manually input!. So is this the price we pay for being a smaller, pains-taking vendor?

I’ve heard several people talking about issues like that; I’ve not seen anything unusual, although the books I’ve been listing the last few days are all on the weird side; mostly pre-ISBN books, many from outside the US.

Although one I’m having a fight with Amazon over the pricing. Apparently being not only the cheapest one the internet, but also being less than the copy that sold 4 weeks ago, and half the price that it’s listed for (as New) on other Amazon sites isn’t low enough; they want me to list it for less than half that. Ain’t gonna happen.
I’ll wait until after the weekend and create a case, although not holding my breath that it will do anything. Meanwhile, that title will just sit there saying “Temporarily Unavailable - We don’t know when or if it will be available”

I no longer let Amazon bully me into lowering my prices or forcing the addition of information they already have about my books. I sell on other venues. Amazon was my top venue for many years, and this past month, it came in third.

Well, until ABE takes off-we have 150+ listings now, our most expensive titles- realize will take a while to get established.

So am stuck with TPTB bullying. Our AMZ sales are almost nonexistant while many folks are on vacation. At least hope that’s the reason for the sudden plunge and not TPTB retailiating against us. We continue to cull, reducing older inventory, though adding new, when ALLOWED, and due to their intransigent rules, moving on to other platforms..

Some will chortle and say that we’re too small for the higher-ups to care. But for years other well-intentioned but oblivious vendors said TPTB didn’t suppress sales when was perfectly apparent that’s exactly what they’d done for years-are doing now!! Throwing smaller, well-established dealers a bone!!
