I think a large percentage of shareholders and consumers would disagree with that statement. 
Just look at how things are manufactured today. We don’t have things like “lifetime” warranties on stuff like we used to. The only thing in your house you can repair yourself is grandmas KitchenAid mixer as an example. I still have a gen 1 Nest thermostat that is locked remotely because of planned obsolescence and lack of right to repair.

I saw quite a few people reporting much slower than normal sales. I think there were also some comments about various parts of the Seller side not working right, but I may be remembering something from several days ago.
I didn’t notice anything. A 50% drop on zero sales is still zero. 
Late yesterday I could not process any orders. I input a tracking number and got an error message. Then an email with a cancellation request for another order, which I also could not process. Seems to be working fine today for me.
Lots (for me) of orders though, as the Zoom people have found Amazon.
Yea it was FUBR. I’m not so sure that it affected the buying side though. I’ve been seeing our total from yesterday going up during the day today.
App was junk last night (past 8PM EST), and desktop was just locked up. I gave up trying to do anything at 11PM EST. Everything seems normal today, as far as the backend goes.
It continues to amaze me that that this trillion dollar company, that touts being the data king, allows this to happen, SEVERAL times a year. It’s unacceptable and amateur hour bull ■■■■.
Saw the posts on the NSFE this morning and thought how I had a great sales day yesterday. Got chills, fully aware that the good times were not meant to last.

Today’s evening I’ve been on the “Amazon must be down” wagon. It is impossible to conceive that people don’t necessarily buy my stuff every other minute. (The nerve of these people… how dare they! 100 sales an hour or bust)
