I havent had this issue for so long and now suddenly i see no for buybox eligibility. I am wondering and obviously hoping this was caused by what ever happened yesterday.
Maybe it will work the other way for me! I have not been eligible all year. For no reason.
So weird that this happens for no apparent reason.
I do know that low volume is a reason, and perhaps they have redrawn the line there. My volume has not changed much. But maybe the rule did (whatever it may be).
Seems like no one else on these forums is experiencing this sudden change in eligibility
Multiple reports of this on the NSFE; but it seems to be a sporadic rather than widespread event. Of course, no update from Amazon regarding this nor any other aspect of the outage (such as the people who could not ship on time, etc.)
Specifically the buybox eligibility?
Can u tell me what nsfe is?
But consider that not a day goes by without at least three or four threads about the innate right to always have the buy box for all listings – so let’s get if fixed!
There may be a few more than usual.
NSFE … stands for New Sellers Forum Experience … the way we refer to the Amazon Sellers Forum after the change a couple of years ago.
OSFE … stands for Old Sellers Forum Experience … the way we refer to the Amazon Sellers Forum before the change a couple of years ago.
True, but when there are more than that typical number, all relating to the outage, it does appear that there is at least a bit of a trend.
Of course, saw a new one today, from a (reportedly) large seller, who claims his metrics are good, with 90.37% OTDR. Might be related to the outage, but I suspect the very borderline metric might make a difference to, as few people seem to understand that FOE is not use the same metrics and time periods as account health.
