Is it still possible to create 99% discount coupons? If it's not, how to approach this issue?

Hi,
I have a number of buyers who received a damaged item and ask for a replacement. I don’t mind giving them a replacement from FBA warehouses. However the shipping cost is high, sometimes more than 2X the cost of the item. :grimacing: It would be great if I could create a 99% coupon and email to the buyers. So they could use it to buy a replacement and use their free Prime shipping.

A few years ago, Amazon limited discount coupon to 70% or something like that to stem the incentivized reviews. I’m not sure about now where the discount percentage is. Or if you have another idea to skip the shipping cost for the replacement, please share. Thank you.

Just have them order it and message you the order ID and you can refund them

Thanks for your reply. What you suggested is equivalent to I refund them for the current order, so they could use that money to reorder, right? I think that sounds better than asking them to place another order with my promise to refund.

Yeah, if you can just refund them on the current order that’s even better.

Screwing around with FBA replacements isn’t worthwhile when you can just refund and they reorder.
