I got an item that’s having issues with FBA so I decided to use a 3PL to sell it FBM, and this is what I’m seeing on return settings:
I don’t want Amazon to authorize any returns, I want people to contact seller so I can just issue a refund.

Set those SKU’s for returnless refunds.
If these are your only FBM SKUs, you can change your return settings to just auto refund all return requests instead of auto authorize returns.
Otherwise, no.
How do I do blanket auto refunds? I don’t see anything for that. I do see this returnless resolution rule thing but it’s confusing and it’s asking for category/return reason.
I want auto refunds for ALL return reasons
Do I need to manually add all the return reasons on this form?
There used to be an option in the return settings to enable returnless refunds on all items but I can no longer find it. Either I am misremembering or it was removed. As far as I can tell the only option is to make a rule per item, which is sub-optimal.
Yeah, seems like they made it more of a PITA to manage this than in the past.
I, too, recall that definitely being an option before the News Headlines which prefaced the change in the long-established RAO (‘Amazonese’/‘Amazonish’ for “Return Attributes Override”) procedure(s), and the advent of the last-known revision, some years back, to the “Manage Return Templates” Dashboard at https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/returns/attribute-overrides-v2.
Returnless refunds are part of the “training” that has created a subset of Amazon customers who are professional-grade grifters.
Don’t.
