Is this typical with how they handle missing item cases now?

The initial case was submitted 14 days ago

The verbiage seems familiar for non-MFI cases that have been esclated to another, no-name, department.

But for MFI cases:
My cases have never taken this long.

My recent inventory issues have been over 10 days and climbing too. It is kind of normal as they focus on outbound performance and let the rest pile up.
