Is UPS down?

So Endicia tells me there are issues with UPS - so I can’t print UPS labels.

Update - UPS has confirmed they are experiencing a technical outage. They have not yet provided an ETA for resolution.

I figured I’d try Amazon Buy Shipping for the labels (very very rarely used)

But there are no UPS options for me on Amazon.

Is everyone seeing this?

I can purchase UPS via Amazon Buy Shipping.

I can also purchase UPS labels today via ShipWorks using a Stamps(.)com account.

I’m only seeing FEDEX & USPS in my carrier shipping options.

How / where can I add UPS?

Pirateship is not showing issues with UPS, so maybe only partially down?

Have you checked your “Ship From” location dropdown box?
Make sure to try another ship from if there are more than 1 option.

To fix a FedEx address glitch, Amazon recently added duplicated Ship From locations which provide different shipping carriers. (little annoying glitch)

Now I get 3 shippers but not UPS.

I’ll just get labels from somewhere else…I can’t spend all day on this :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

When I go to Manage carrier accounts i get:

Invalid Access

  • You do not have permissions to view this page
    I’ve looked everywhere I could think of regarding shipping & UPS.
    Apparently I can’t find the proper menu.

There is an odd menu for accepting terms and conditions for UPS and other carriers.

UPS coming up for me on both Stamps.com as well as Amazon buy shipping
It’s 12 noon EST.

I checked off UPS - nothing changed.

I’m hopeful that Endicia/UPS get this sorted out by the EOD.

Yes: Endicia Status page says “All Systems Operational”

However I am still unable to get UPS as “ANY” option on “ANY” order on Amazon.

We do have our account linked. There used to be a way to Prioritize shippers, anyone knows where that’s hiding? I’d like to take a look.

We only linked our FedEx account to Amazon Buy Shipping.
We have not linked our UPS account to Amazon Buy Shipping.

We had to Authorize UPS with ShipWorks due to a OAuth2.0 requirement thing. (beyond my knowledge what this means)

Maybe this OAuth2.0 thing is causing the glitch. Have you tried Un-Linking your UPS account to see if Amazon’s UPS account will show?
(For some reason, I also cannot access my carrier linked accounts in Seller Central)
