Items published and have available inventory but showing as Not Available on Walmart.com front end

May I know what you did to get your listings live? All of our products’ status is ‘Published’ and most of them have available inventory as of this writing, but all of in-stock products are showing “Not Available” on Walmart.com front-end

Thank you in advance

Once we got them past the setup stage they went live dynamically.

I’d open a case with Walmart Support telling them the issue and giving them the product ID’s.

With stuff like this Walmart Support is better than Amazon’s. With everything else they are the same, perhaps slightly worse if that’s even possible.

How long has it been since you uploaded your items?
Are these WFS listings

Hi,
I created 116 listings on Walmart ~3 weeks ago and the status of all of these listings is ‘Published’. Most of these listings have available inventory (probably about 90% of these listings), but all of the in-stock products are showing as ‘Not Available’ on Walmart.

All listings are part of a variation group; I’ve divided them into 5 variation groups.

I already opened a case on 27JUN. They replied on 08JUL but it didn’t help/work. I responded to them and I’m just waiting to hear back from them

I appreciate any ideas that you could share on how to get our products to show available

Thank you for your reply. It does take them a long time to reply but I actually opened a case for this on 27JUN. They replied on 08JUL but nothing in their reply was helpful/nothing worked. I responded to them, so I’m just waiting to hear back from them which might take another week

@WALMART.COM_EXPERT , sorry for tagging you here. Would you be so kind as to help me with my issue? Thank you in advance

They may be having staffing issues. Live Chat was down for a couple weeks.

I haven’t needed to contact them in awhile but every time I did in the past responses were
within hours and sometimes minutes if the case was going back and fourth.

Hopefully you hear back quicker…

New sellers used to get “incubator” managers for the first 3 months to help. Guess they stopped doing that too…

I haven’t opened many cases, but they generally took a day or 2 to get an answer.
