Yea, and the money coming from exiting that business was earmarked for my wife’s new car. It would be nice to get that $.
Not quite ready to cash that out but soon… Still waiting for NYS to send me the tax clearance letter officially closing the business…
Then I can shut down Legal Zoom and we can close the bank account…
It’s pretty interesting timing after 8 months, this happened on June 4th. Today would have been my Mom’s 83rd birthday. Guess she is looking down and giving me a hand from time to time…
ETA - today wasn’t all good though. Today was the Creditor call for the Rite Aid Bankruptcy where we were told not to expect any recovery for the ton of $ they owe my other business…
Note to self… GET AR INSURANCE ASAP so this ■■■■ doesn’t happen again…
We tried but nobody would insure them…

Well let us not forget that I played the other side too with the accounts. Some people really liked Sleepy Joe’s comments from the flip side.
Sadly this name, and all of the OSFE names were accounts of companies that have been sold. I can’t log into the NSFE as the OSFE VTR account even if I wanted to. We bought a few small companies back then, and made Amazon accounts for each company and my partners DGAF about amazon or forums or anything online related. Those were the days.
I really miss my account you may remember… Fusion S… Just kidding.

Well it got a little dark there when you talked about grandma_vites. Then I thought you got political when you said AR insurance thinking, why not shotgun insurance, but then I realized you meant Accounts Receivable insurance for people who did not pay their bills, then I thought well… the other AR might come in handy for that too. Then I thought about all the Rite Aid executives that got free “performance enhancement” supplements stealing from you, and I knew we had to turn this around.

Reemerged from C11 in Sept of 24. Back in and shutting down 8 months later.
Must be some sort of record. Good job…
On the creditor call yesterday, they blamed it on vendors that wouldn’t give them terms to restock their “front end”. We gave them 61 day terms and shipped to them every week for 5 months.
They were paying us on time and early on occasion until they didn’t…
