Just recieved this message from amazon

I checked my ncx and my returns, i dont have any order that was returned or had a complaint for this asin. Under NCX, for this asin is currently excellent. So how or why would this be happening? Any suggestions how to respond?

There is often a lag time for NCX to update … we would wait 12 hours and recheck NCX.

In the meantime, gather the info being requested in the email and have it ready. Research your sales on a “Steve Jobs” book to find out the buyer (or possible buyers if you have more than one sale of the item). Did your listing show the book as “used” or “new”? Is there a refund involved?

After reading some comments, i decided to check my communications with my customers and i did find a message where a customer contacted customer service asking for a partial refund. I responded to the investigation with the order number and said I refunded the customer a partial refund as they had requested as our goal is always to keep the customer happy. As to why they thought it wasnt the quality they ordered, it could have been damaged in transit. Sorry for the late response. Thanks for all the help
