I can’t imagine there is a lot of Fine classified jewelry sellers left on Amazon with all the hoops to jump thru. Maybe they intended the time slot to be another hoop. There seems to be no requirements for fashion category as many overseas sellers advertise solid 925 sterling when it is plated.
What do you know that is mid afternoon in china.
We take it as another way to allow AI to mess with the listings. On 3/5, we got a double whammy. We transitioned to DD+7 and Amazon changed the product detail pages. With the product detail page change came changes to the listing info that is wrong. We have a bracelet that now has “Ring Size”. We are going to wait a bit until the DD+7 settles down before we attempt to fix the listings.
I may be wrong but I think this webinar is more for the “Fine” jewelry category. With the $5000 non refundable application fee, and the risk of Amazon auto refunding a buyer, or the usual scam/theft risk, I cannot see many Chinese sellers lining up to enrolling to sell in the Fine jewelry category.
This sort of scheduling was complained about in this 022626 NSFE post:

Indy responded with this on 030226:
Four days later, on 030626, she (Indy has been known to sign posts as “Emily,” & has publicly mentioned being female a time or two) followed up with this:
Which in turn prompted this 031326 reply from the OP:
Given the responses in that discussion, the ever-increasing prominence of Hyderabad Incubator-based Amazon entities/affiliates since 2019, like Amazon Development Centre India Pvt. Ltd. (aka the Advertiser Success Team), and the demonstrable rise in the number of Indian presenters in such things as webinars, Seller University Course Module videos, & the like - combined with Amazon’s hell-bent-for-leather determination to pursue its Global Expansion Initiative - I strongly suspect that the OP is on the right track, and that it is indeed foreign-domiciled 3P (and/or 1P) Sellers who sell in the Americas Marketplace which are being targeted.
