Listing Violation?

Received the following notice from Etsy and it says the item in question is in my “Inactive” folder/section.
I have NO listings in “Inactive” so I’m at a loss. Anyone know how I can find out what listing they are referring to? I have submitted support ticket but no response yet.

Crap, they removed one of mine once and I’m trying to remember where it was. I’m pretty sure it went into inactive? So this is no help to you - good grief!

FWIW, I had a photograph of a vintage Jeep. They removed it because I used the word “Jeep.” Fair enough.

I once had an OOAK keychain for I made for a Jeep Wrangler made out of a Wrangler Blue jean metal button. I pulled the listing thinking it would be a problem down the road but it worked for me cause I drive a Jeep Wrangler

Who knows what it was for, maybe I had something silly like “Off White” somewhere in the listing LOL (reference to Amazon Trademark BS)

UPDATE - Support replied telling me how to get to “Inactive” in my dashboard after I already told them there were NONE in there!! SMH - Etsy support is about as helpful as Amazon. Why would it be so hard to include the specific item in the notification.

Etsy does have an odd filter section on the right.
Please make sure you have all 3 drop-down boxes set to ALL.

Drop-down boxes are: Sections, Shipping Profiles, and Return & Exchange policies. Depending on the selection will adjust the number of listing statuses.

Yep. My default.

If they in fact just removed the listing, I’ll probably never figure out what it was unless one day I happen to think, “I have not sold one of those for a while”. I don’t keep an offsite inventory list as all is made to order.

2 more options to try:

  1. I forgot about the Tags drop-down box which should be set to All.
    and
  2. check the Payment Account recent activities [link]

You should see the refund for the removed listing plus the Listing ID to see the item deactivated. You would need to scroll down to the Recent Activities section.

I did find a credit for the listing fee BUT that listing is alive and well. Can see no possible violations for it either. :man_shrugging: :man_shrugging: :man_shrugging:

I see your shop name is already displayed above.
If you want anyone to double check the listing for a violation, feel free to provide the Listing ID or item name.

My wife is able to purchase it on her buyer account so I’m not going to worry any longer. :man_shrugging: :man_shrugging: :man_shrugging:

Thanks for the help!

UPDATE

Just received this support email after I questioned them again

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

After reviewing your account, it appears your listing “Carnelian Antique Copper Hammered Stick Earrings - Hypoallergenic Niobium” was removed in error and reinstated. You may disregard the notice you received regarding your removed listing.

ETA - they reversed my $.20 listing fee credit after they wasted way more than that in my time! "F"ing bots
