I am double checking the LoA checklist. What I have posted is what our other company gave us for the drink products that we sell and Amazon accepted. Am I missing anything? Did we have too much data?

For those not comfortable on the NSFE, this is the checklist:
It turns out that the NSFE OP does not have invoices that predate the violation, and that is why the LOA/invoices were not sufficient to remove the product inauthenticity violation.
Great job @Haegan2005 ! It took OP a minute to pay attention to that specific criterion, but your follow up helped nail down the issue–for that Seller and likely more in the future, too.
