I tried to leave a very satisfied review for a gift I purchased. The review process was wonky and cumbersome and after a week the review does not show despite this in my confirmation email:
“Your opinion is very important to us at the Michaels community. Thank you for taking the time to write a review on 292766036956774404. Your review has been moderated and is live on our site.”
That is really frustrating, when online Sellers depend so much on reviews.
Can you reach out to the Seller with the text of your review and the issue? At least then they could maybe promote your review on their socials while following up with MakerPlace.
"First, thank you SO much for your support. I’m so glad that you told me about this — I have been wondering how I haven’t received any reviews after selling hundreds of items on makerplace. I will definitely be reaching out to Michaels to see why they wouldn’t automatically post any review given. Thanks so much again! "
At one point, I remember seeing a few star ratings on my products, can’t even find those now. Maybe you have to drill down on the listing to see those but at any rate, the dashboard shows no reviews. With nearly 600 sales now and very few returns I find it hard to believe there are no written reviews.
