.For the last 4-5 days my manage inventory page has nowhere to perform an action, such as
create removal order or replenish inventory. Also, there is no place showing total Amazon fees. The add products page can search and find an item, but there is no way to list it. When I went to make a post on the NSFE, I could write the post, but there was no way to post it. Is anyone else having these problems or am I singularly blessed?
Open a case. I’ve never heard of anything like this…
Assume you tried signing off completely and signing back in?
Anything on your account health page in terms of violations?
Have you tried logging in to Seller Central from a different browser or computer?
I plan to try to talk to someone at Amazon tomorrow. I live near Seattle, so I wanted to wait until I might get some help from here rather than India. I just tried signing out and back in. No change. Account health is fine. If no one else is having these problems then It must be something with my computer or my account.
Aha! I tried Edge and everything worked. Is this some secret plot to make me switch from Chrome to Edge? I met Bill Gates once and he seemed like too nice a guy to do this.
Thanks for the help!
With all due respect where it’s due:
1Soft To Rule Them All.
1Soft To Find Them.
1Soft To Bring Them ALL -
And In The BRIGHTNESS, Bind Them.
There’s a reason why an evidently-clear majority of the world’s Enterprise Domain infrastructures tend to employ µsoft-created software…
Nice but strange. I and many others have always used Chrome for Amazon without issue.
Thanks for sharing though just in case someone here has the same issue.
Both Firefox and Chrome can get glitchy if the updates are not kept up with.
Firefox more so than Chrome but it does happen to Chrome from time to time.
Chrome is supposed to update each time I open it. I just did an extra update and it made no difference. I suspect the problem was originally caused by an update.
Do a fresh install.
I’ve had similar problems with both Chrome and Firefox and a reboot usually solved the problem if an update did not. I’ve rarely used Edge.
I’m having trouble on Edge and Chrome, but it works on my phone. I hope they fix it. It’s a terrible glitch.
New revelations! It turns out the whole problem was caused by a McAfee extension on my new computer that I didn’t even know was there. I tried to reinstall Chrome, but it would stop loading part way through. The really interesting thing is that when you search for Chrome on Edge, the first result looks like a link to Chrome, but it doesn’t work. One more attempt to keep you from leaving Edge?
We all tend to forget about those controlling apps like McAfee.
Another thing to watch out for are extensions as they do not always play nice with browser updates.
Glad you worked it out and reported back!

Total Defense seems to work well. It’s not cheap but you can protect up to 5 devices with it which we do…
PLOT. TWIST. So glad you figured it out and got it resolved!
I’ve used Chrome with Seller Central since 2018, and it hasn’t caused any problems for me (though tbh I’m intentionally slow on updates so that any kinks get resolved first).
