Monday Payouts - Didn't get a notification - Anyone else

I don’t think this has ever happened. Normally get paid at 7:10PM every other Monday. I see the disbursement in the disbursement reports but we never got an email or a notification on the App.

Any of Monday payout folks here and if so, did you get your notification / email today?

Thanks
Steve

Last payout the email came past midnight, on Tuesday:

Your payment is on the way
Tue, Jun 11, 12:22 AM

I am on the every other Monday payout schedule.

Disbursements not an issue-but it took 'em 6 hours after fulfilment to pay us for today’s FBM orders. Finally got the last ones approx. 90 minutes ago! Usually takes 30 minutes, rarely an hour!

Something’s wrong- even for AMAZON. May be updating something in payments- can only hold our collective breath!!
Good Luck!

Thank You and @TEXASEXILEBOOKS for the info. Guess it’s a glitch and it appears to be only on the notification side of things for this. Everything looks normal on the summary and disbursement side of the aisle. In addition, the total reserve zeroed out right on schedule and returned with what’s still being held, right on schedule.

Just got back from round 2 of driving my old cars for the first time in awhile. Nice to see this confirmation that Amazon is broken - AGAIN. LOL

Beautiful night for driving 175 miles (87 miles each car). 68 degrees, no humidity. Things are going to change tomorrow… UGH

The 88 Mustang GT and 96 Impala SS now have fresh fuel in their tanks… :fuelpump:
:racing_car: :police_car:

Police Car = Impala, AKA souped up Caprice… LOL

Got the notification at 10:26 this AM. A full 15 hours late. Weird

Perhaps A Disbursement Attempted

Congratulations! Your payment might be on the way and will arrive sometime if it was sent.

Some sellers still having problems w/ late disbursements, getting payment e-mail but payment’s page doesn’t show transfer to financial institution, even those signed up for express payment. Several threads on NSFE yesterday and today…

Not part of the advanced quick pay program or whatever that BS is that I haven’t heard about in a long time

My disbursement was Tuesday - notification Tuesday, but has not arrived at Chase yet. Normally it deposits at Chase on Thursdays but no sign of it yet. Maybe it will post at midnight?

Saturday, 12-7-24, disbursement issue. Orders reflect shipped-so STAMPS exported the tracking. But no fulfilled orders for today show on Payments Disbursement page! Been about 3 hours now.

Anyone else having this issue?

Checked NSFE and didn’t see anything for today … however, ours was slow yesterday in showing up on the Payments > Transaction View …

It’s 7:30 here in AZ(in Mountain Time during the winter). Finally received disbursements, between 8-9 hours after fulfillment seems excessive, even for the holidays.

After waiting for hours each day since Sat for transactions to be posted, TPTB belatedly posted a banner across the NSFE:

Payment dashboard delay

We are experiencing an issue that is delaying updates to the Payments Dashboard. Amazon Seller disbursements to bank accounts are not impacted. We are actively engaged in resolving this issue.

Nice of them to rush to fix these pesky glitches…

@Dogtamer caught this earlier on his post over here.

Yes, but I was probably remiss in not noting that a similar banner is currently appearing (for us, @ least) on the “Statement View” & “Reports Repository” ‘tabs’ of the Payments Dashboard.

As you’ve pointedly mentioned (link, SAS), Amazon would seem to have doubled-down on using automated mechanisms - again - for addressing the annual Glitchmas Season - on both the Buyer & 3P Seller fronts.

Sigh.
