They just re-verified everything this morning and all is OK again and all deactivation banners gone.

Do you sell in the EU?
OMFG. I’m glad I found this page. I swear to God, I did not know it existed. I have two critcal notices.
ETA: I just clicked the first link and it said it will send me a message if they need more info to verify my identity. I clicked the second link and certified myself and that was it. Nothing happened. Both warnings are still there.
I still have the same warnings in archived all with the same buttons as before I verified last night. I suspect it would have been fine had I not touched anything.
And then 5 minutes ago I get an email that says…
Nothing shows in open right now so going to ignore it….

SAS manager said we need to take care of this, it’s important, until I pointed out the EU thing to him and now he’s looking into it again… Stay tuned
YIKES - I have a message like this in the compliance “Archive” too! As I do not sell in the EU, I am going to IGNORE this unless I get an email or warnings on my dashboard and/or Account Health page.

So apparently now Amazon expects us to magically know we have to verify this stuff even though it was already done months ago and they don’t send us any notices of having to do it now.
I went back in to that archived part after the email I got this afternoon that I posted above (after they had already said earlier this morning everything was verified successfully). I was just curious what would happen. I again clicked on start verification and this time it said in green that everything was done successfully (so I should be good). However, it obviously didn’t say that when I clicked on it yesterday …..so if I were you guys…..I would at least click on it and see if it requires anything. Better safe than sorry.

So we had the same as above and decided to gamble. We started with the bottom one and click the Certify. It was basically the same thing we did in March where we look at our information and then clicked that we Ceritify it’s accuracy. Then we clicked the Start Verification and repeated the same thing only in a slighty different format. When we refreshed the page, we got this …
When we clicked the X, we got this …
And if you refresh the page, we were back to this …
So it becomes an ever ending loop … but the two issues disappear …
We had nothing else going on in our Account Health.
I’m glad you posted this! I had the same surprise when I looked at the Archived tab just now.
Your screenshot was dispalying the page for “Open” tab, you need to click “Archived” tab to see what’s there.

… oops … that’s what happens when we do something at the end of the day …
Same here! “Critical”, but not a word from Amazon in the thousands of stupid useless emails they flood us with every month.
So, click on “confirm” that nothing has changed appears to be all that needed to be done.
But it doesn’t clear them.
We and others have done that only to come back to see it still there.
What do you mean by clear? You are saying it still shows in your open section and not the archived?
