You can also contact→ Technical Support directly to try to reactivate your original account.
Not sure how effective it is, but it may be worth a try.

Once the first account has been reinstated, you can then officially close it and submit an appeal on your current account showing that the first (original) account has successfully been closed by including a screenshot or email confirmation. Amazon will then reinstate your current account.

in fact, that’s what I did and tried to explain to them.
the 1st account is closed or inactive I don’t know, the proof is that I logged in with the email of the 1st account and it gives me the form to create a new seller account (I couldn’t continue to create it because of a sms that I do not receive) tomorrow I will try.

In order to appeal, Amazon needs to see an actual confirmation that the original account was officially closed by you. When an account is closed by a seller, there should be a popup screen that appears (if there is take a screenshot of it), but Amazon will send an email confirming the closure.

If the Seller Account is inactive or the registration was never completed, then it was never 'officially" closed; Amazon still considers it an open/inactive account and will link it to your current account.

You should be able to get this sorted out, but it’s a hassle and takes time. Once you have the closed email, feel free to ask for help with the appeal and what you need to write and include.

A third account is not the same as fixing the first.

I took a few days (basically off) but have been following your issue.

My only difference at the moment is that I would say “do not try to close the first account at any point.”

  • Fix the 1st
  • Notice Amazon from the 2nd account that the 1st is fixed
  • Once the 2nd is reinstated, close the 2nd

I don’t take recreating the 1st as starting a 3rd, when the 1st still exists. At least that’s what I see at the moment.

But yes! Starting a 3rd would be a big issue.

Whene they send me this issu with accounts linked:
after several attempts and requests to reactivate it: without result
i did:
to be honest, for the first seller account, in begining i change it from adress mail A to adress mail B (i acces it to with mail B), and i do a appeal to close the account seller with mail B it, and they suspend it.
after when i recognize that it must be the 1st to be reactivate to re-reactivate the second.
i did an apeal to reactivate the 1er of course with mail B.

I was able to access the account with mail B but when I make the request to create a seller account, it gives me fields to fill in as if it is the 1st that I create a seller account with Mail B.
whereas normally if the Mail B is linked to the 2em why does it give me to register if it was the 1st time.

the idea of creating a new 3rd account came to my mind, the problem is that I’m afraid that my data: name first name account number… will be banned forever.
although I cannot register with another name.

so as not to be confused : they tell me that Mail B with seller account is linked to another seller account C, the latter that I want to keep active. (it is in disabled status)

To late. I’m already there.

I assure you that I have no intention of linking the accounts.
the 1st seller account created with a store name (the one I supposedly migrated or changed to another e-mail, from e-mail A to e-mail B).
after I was confronted and confused at multiple settings. I created another seller account with another e-mail, of course with my coordinates but with another store name.
at first he told me nothing, and I didn’t make the connection between the two.
one day I had a sale, normally the delivery time is after 2 days, something that I have to respect.

except that before I sent it they sent me an e-mail saying that my account (2nd e-mail seller account) is deactivated. because it is linked to the 1st.
after several attempts and exchange of e-mail, I send them all the documents I can to prove to them that the accounts belong to me.

without thinking I decided to delete or close the 1st. I had the idea that if he is no longer there, they will not send me the famous e-mail with the sentence:

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. To activate this seller account on the 1st, i must first reactivate the account associated with -M****Name of Store- with the 1st.

This situation worries me a lot.
as a seller I respect the law and the charter of sites and online sales, I sell my items in other platforms without problems.

With Amazon I’m afraid to say I’ve been wronged in this situation.

  1. Do not confuse things with “supposedly.” Either you did do or you didn’t do something and you can verify that something.

  2. Store Name is only somewhat important. Mostly it helps us keep track.

  • 1st_Account / E-mail_A = Incomplete? Or, as I suspect, “Failed Verification?”

  • 2nd account / E-mail_B = Completed and had a sale

  • Account #2 gets suspended because account #1 is suspended

Stop here and answer this

  1. Please provide the actual email, or explanation, on Account #1 from Amazon about it’s suspension or failure to pass verification.

    • “I send them all the documents I can to prove to them that the accounts belong to me.” - this makes no sense. They already know they belong to you
    • You are *suppose to be appealing Account #1’s suspension, or completing it’s verification process
  1. Please explain in detail how you did this. Suspended accounts can not be closed.

    • Did you accidentally close the “Buyer” side instead of the “Seller” side?
    • Can you still log in?
    • Didn’t you say that Account #1’s email was changed to that of Account #2 (which I don’t think is possible since that email is already registered)??
  2. There’s also an Account #3 or C that you have created with your same personal information??

the 1st account with the 1st email (Boutique named Moroccan craft bazaar) was good and active except that I had bank account problems (payment and deposit bank account) it does not accept the data that I register.

for my 3rd mail with a 2nd shop I created a new shop (Berberian rugs and crafts) active and good. with this account i had a cam interview with one of amazon employer. (with the 1st account I did not have this interview) then a sum of almost 39 usd that I paid, I believe it is the cost of creating a store. (in the process of the 1st shop I paid nothing)
after I created my articles then I had the 1st sale, and I communicated with the buyer. before the 2 working days ended for me to send the package, I received the email suspending my account.

I immediately communicated and sent my information and my evidence without any results.
he always tells me:

every day I make the submission for the reactivated constantly.
after that I have the misfortune to make a request to close the 1st account, I followed the steps after 1 or 2 they send me mail to confirms that the account is “inactive”.
i try to login it that day without result.
and then when i understand that i must reactivate the 1er mail, i try to creat a new account with the 1st, and i did it. but its just simple account not a seller account, i have an issu with sms Pin OTP, i don’t reciev to porsuit the procedure.

NB: this shop (Moroccan craft bazaar) that I have changed the email address to another. (from A to B).
