Sup.
So the title kinda says it all - I haven’t had to file a Safe-T in a couple years, and now that I have a valid reason for one, I’m getting bot’d. Customer returned a fully functioning cassette tape claiming it was damaged on arrival. I’m literally listening to it right now (and suffering; Its Raffi) so I know they lied to get free shipping. This should be an easy-peasy win for me were it not that I’m having it closed by a bot in less than 3 minutes after every post.
I’m quoting literal Amazon policy in my appeals, posting links to direct posts from the community managers in the forums to validate it further, I even have an mp4 of me playing the cassette ready to upload if they’d take that too. Nope, auto-denied every time.
Anyone here who still has success with this crap, what’s the magic process this time? Or, if someone wants to play hero, maybe one of our regulars here can ask the community managers to reach out to me in some way, since I will never make an account on the Doxing-friendly NSFE.
I’m not even charging a restocking fee in my claim, I just want the $9.62 I was charged in total shipping costs back.
